We adapt our services to large, medium-sized and small enterprises. We provide our business partners with services suitable for their activities, method and scope of business operations. We are performing the following accounting services for all our clients:

  • Maintaining the general ledger and journal i.e. the main financial bookkeeping in accordance with analytic chart of accounts
  • Procurement and material accounting
  • Keeping analytical evidence of fixed assets and small inventory with calculation of depreciation i.e. correction of values
  • Keeping analytical evidence of buyers and suppliers and the other liabilities and receivables
  • Creation of financial statements (annual reports), i.e. the other reports (balances), mandatory by the law, in compliance with set deadlines on regulated forms according to provisions of legal regulations and secondary legislation and timely submission to competent authorities.
  • Calculation of value added tax (VAT) in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro
  • Presentation of VAT declaration forms to tax authorities
  • Keeping records of business transactions into local books in accordance with national laws regulating accounting and taxes (Register of outgoing invoices and Register of incoming invoices)
  • Calculation of personal income tax as well as calculation of salaries and the other fees for employees in employment and out of employment, and taxes and contributions for salaries and other fees to employees in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro
  • Drawing up OPD-1, OPD-3 and IOPPD forms
  • Submission of OPD-1, OPD-3 and IOPPD forms to tax authorities
  • Calculation of income tax in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro
  • Calculation of property tax in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro
  • Calculation of withholding tax amount in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro (for honorariums)
  • Calculation of withholding tax amount in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro (for lease)
  • Calculation of withholding tax amount in accordance with existing regulations in Montenegro (for non-residents)
  • Filling in and submission of request of work permit for non-resident natural persons to the Employment Office of Montenegro
  • Submission of request of stay permit of non-resident persons
  • Calculation and drawing up IPPO-1 form for calculation of withholding tax amount
  • Submission of IPPO-1 form to tax administration
  • Drawing up of annual IPPO-2 form for withholding tax amount
  • Timely informing clients of the amount, falling due and incoming payment accounts for paying taxes and fulfilling all other legal obligations resulting from business operations (therewith the agent is not responsible for timely payment of calculated obligations in accordance with the above-mentioned basis)
  • Cashbox maintenance
  • Communication and cooperation with tax authorities
  • Checking if accounting documents that the Employer has duly submitted to the Agent within deadlines proscribed by the law are in accordance with valid regulations.
  • Presentation of accounting documents to the Auditor and inspection bodies, execution of all their orders
  • Monitoring of all legal regulations in relation to accounting, bookkeeping, taxes, and informing the Employer on any changes and application of those changes within the scope of Employer’s operations;
  • Development of periodic financial reports (at the bank’s request, upon the request of tax legal persons due to loan contracts etc.)
  • Accounting and other reports according to previously determined templates
  • Statistical reports
  • Compliance and submission of annual personal income tax declaration
  • Keeping records of business travels, evidence on completed travels, calculation and disbursement of daily wages and travel expenses, in accordance with legal regulations
  • Preparation of papers for registration and deregistration of employees in the Employment Agency
  • Submission of papers for registration and deregistration of employees in the Employment Agency
  • Preparation of papers for registration and deregistration of employees in the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund
  • Submission of papers for registration and deregistration of employees in the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund
  • Preparation of papers for registration and deregistration of employees in the Health Insurance Institute
