The Parliament of Montenegro has adopted the Law Amending the Law on Public Sector Accounting.
This amendment stipulates that the application of the law will not commence on January 1, 2024, but rather on January 1, 2027.
This law enters into force on the date of its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro” no. 123/23 on December 30, 2023.
