The Ministry of Finance has adopted the Regulation on the Interest Rate Applied to Financial Instruments Between Related Parties for 2025 (“Official Gazette of Montenegro,” no. 115/24 of December 2, 2024).
This regulation prescribes the interest rate that, in accordance with the “arm’s length” principle, is applied to loans, borrowings, credits, and other financial instruments between related parties for 2025, set at 5.29%.
The regulation is attached.
This regulation enters into force on the eighth day after its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro” and will be applicable from January 1, 2025.
