The Parliament of Montenegro has adopted the Law on Amendments and Additions to the Law on Value Added Tax (VAT)
(“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 094/24 dated 30.09.2024).
A comparative table has been provided to facilitate the identification of new provisions and explanations of the main legal institutes.
This Law was published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 094/24 dated 30.09.2024, and will apply starting from January 1, 2025.
