The Municipal Assembly of Herceg Novi has adopted the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Working Hours of Kiosks
(“Official Gazette of Montenegro – Municipal Regulations”, no. 001/25 of 15.01.2025).
With this decision, in the Decision on Working Hours (“Off. Gaz. of MNE – Municipal Regulations”, no. 6/20 and 18/21), Article 9, paragraph 3, it is prescribed that the working hours of kiosks in the winter season are from 07:00 to 22:00. A business entity engaged in retail trade operates every working day, with the following working hours:
- From 06:00 to 23:00 in the summer season.
- From 06:00 to 22:00 in the winter season, except for kiosks, whose working hours are from 07:00 to 22:00.
This Decision enters into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro – Municipal Regulations.”
