Consolidated Tax Returns – Changes

The Ministry of Finance has adopted the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Consolidated Tax Returns

(“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 120/24 dated 17.12.2024).

This rulebook introduces an amendment to the Rulebook on Consolidated Tax Return (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, Nos. 83/16 and 87/17), by modifying Form PD-KPP.

This rulebook enters into force on the eighth day from the date of publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro.”
