Customs Tariff for 2025

The Government of Montenegro has adopted the Regulation on the Customs Tariff for 2025.

This regulation establishes the customs duty rates for 2025, in accordance with the schedule defined by the Law on the Ratification of the Protocol on Montenegro’s Accession to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (“Official Gazette of Montenegro – International Treaties”, no. 3/12).

This regulation enters into force on the day following its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”, and will be applicable from January 1, 2025.
