Interest Write-Off on Tax Liabilities – Kotor

The President of the Municipality of Kotor has adopted the

Decision on the Interest Write-Off on Due Tax Liabilities

(“Official Gazette of Montenegro – Municipal Regulations”, No. 012/25 of 20.03.2025).

This decision regulates the write-off of calculated but unpaid interest on tax liabilities that constitute revenue of the Budget of the Municipality of Kotor, due for payment by December 31, 2024.

This decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be published in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro – Municipal Regulations”.
