The Parliament of Montenegro has adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Insurance.

In the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Insurance (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 13/07, 79/08, 86/09, 78/10, 14/12, 62/13, 8/15, 22/17, 42/19, 59/21, 145/21, and 152/22), we highlight the most important amendments:

This law was published in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro” no. 94/2024 on September 30, 2024, and comes into force the day after its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro.” It will be applied from October 1, 2024.
