Employment Registration
If the employee is a Montenegrin citizen, the client provides us with the work booklet and personal document (ID card or passport with a residency certificate) along with a proposal for the employment contract parameters. We then prepare the employment contract with the accompanying documentation and register it with the Tax Administration and the Employment Agency. If the employee is a foreign citizen, we first prepare the documentation for the work permit, and once it is obtained, we prepare the employment contract along with the other necessary documentation for employment.
1Termination of Employment
The client informs us of the termination of the contract with the employee, and depending on the method of termination—whether it is mutual, initiated by the employee, or other—we prepare the necessary documentation and then deregister them from the Tax Administration.
2Various Types of Resolutions
Resolutions on annual leave and the Plan for the Use of Annual Leave, as well as the Resolution on Compensation for Unused Annual Leave. Resolutions for unpaid and paid absences. Resolutions for sick leave and maternity leave, along with the preparation of documentation for their refunds.
